A Victorian oil painting of the old mill at Solihull by Fredrick Henry Henshaw. The mill stood on the Malvern Hall estate, Solihull on the right hand side of what now is Brueton Avenue. It is shown on the Malvern Hall plan 1726, the original plan on parchment is in the archives of the county records office, Warick Ref: CR.299/577.
Indistinctly signed Henshaw to the bottom right and later written on the back of the canvas H F Henshaw.
